Initiated exhaustive onsite audits and surveys of customer delivery specialists in various delivery locations in order to determine the “best practice” procedures to help eliminate their potential employee injuries or accidents. Created new standardized technique practices to implement throughout all of their various job functions.
Based upon these new recommended methods, an extremely comprehensive employee procedural policy binder was developed for usage by all current & future delivery specialists. A thorough “train the trainer” ergonomic “best practice” training class was developed and conducted on a regional basis for eventual communication to all employees within the fleet division.
