Radnor 3.219″ Self Insulated Copper Nozzle with 5/8″ bore size is designed to be used with 250 – 450 A Tweco and Radnor Pro MIG guns. A 3-piece nozzle design includes nozzle housing that is cut and made from 122 DHP copper alloys tubing. The nozzle insulator is made from G7 silicone material to render the electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser. A nozzle insert machined from a solid brass is included to allow machining of internal threads to match the gas diffuser. Nozzle with a recessed contact tip relationship finds application in medium to heavy duty welding up to 450 A and is sold as 2 per pack.
