ErgoSpec conducted an extensive industrial ergonomic study & analysis of both their manufacturing plant and product distribution center.

ERGOPSEC implemented a full analysis of all of the processes and systems within both their manufacturing and distribution facilities. We also showed effective ergonomic positional techniques for employees to utilize throughout both workplace environments. 

In addition, ERGOSPEC also suggested updated employee procedures and correct torso positional practices throughout their distribution center during bending, reaching, twisting and lifting job functions. Recommended improved station by station “workflow” based upon specific job functions required for each manufacturing line. Designed new more practically designed layouts for some of their inefficient manufacturing lines.
