STUDENT-P-S – Pneumatic Sit/Stand Student Desk – Short Version. Designed specifically for the lower grade levels, Luxor’s short pneumatic adjustable height student standing desk allows young children to sit or stand comfortably throughout the school day. A pneumatic foot pedal easily adjusts the desk height between 26″ and 32.3″ while four casters, two with locking brakes, facilitate student collaboration and classroom flexibility. The desktop incorporates a placeholder for pencils and a water bottle as well as a hook to hang a backpack. Schools are turning to standing desks as numerous studies have shown their extensive benefits in aiding student engagement and improving mental and physical health.
